Sarita Bahl is a seasoned leader with nearly four decades of experience spanning diverse industries, public sector entities, trade associations, multinational corporations, and civil society. She superannuated in April 2024 as Director of Bayer Foundation India and Country Head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for Bayer South Asia, where she provided oversight on board governance and management while driving impactful social development initiatives. Sarita currently serves as an Independent Board Director at BharatRohan Airborne Innovations Pvt. Ltd., Non-Executive Director at Etherwire.Ai, and Advisory Board Member at Pepperdine University, Synergy Technofin Pvt. Ltd., and For Ethical AI (FEAi).
